Clustered Servers

Our clustered servers provide immediate failover, avoiding downtime in case a server hardware problem occurs.

Data snapshots & backups

All of your data is kept on replicated failover storage servers with daily disk snapshots and tape backups made.

Dual Firewall

Our clustered firewalls protect your server, data and services.

Dual switches

Each server is equipped with two network interfaces, each connected to a different switch. This avoids downtime due to interface or switch failure.

Dual power feed (A+B)

All devices are connected to a double power supply circuit to avoid downtime due to circuit failure.

Dual data uplink

Doubled data uplinks connected to different backbone providers avoid downtime due to upstream connectivity provider failure.

N+1 UPS

Devices are protected against power surge and outage by means of UPS devices.

Backup generator

A standby backup generator kicks in as soon as power supply on A and B circuits drop. The generator has an autonomy of 72 hours and can be reaprovisioned.

Air conditioning & fire protection

All our equipment is operation out of climate controlled rooms which are equipped with inert gas fire protection.

Access Control & Surveilance

All logged access to the data facility and racks is badge and pincode protected. Camera surveilance ensures nothing happens unnoticed.

Onsite Staff

Onsite staff ensures rapid intervention when needed.
